requests, and bug reports. Your message will be sent to the Ozzy
support inbox without exposing that inbox publicly on this page.
When possible, include your device model, iOS version, app version,
and a short description of the issue so it can be reproduced quickly.
What Ozzy does
Ozzy lets you enter expenses in natural language, then organizes them
into a journal with totals and category-based spending views.
The app currently supports expense logging, AI-assisted parsing,
spending overviews, category drill-down, and Ozzy Pro subscriptions.
Troubleshooting
- If an expense does not parse correctly, try rewriting it with the amount and merchant more explicitly.
- If the app appears stuck processing an entry, confirm the device has network access and reopen the app.
- If totals or categories seem out of date, close and reopen the app to refresh the local data view.
- If purchases are not recognized, use the Restore Purchases action inside the paywall screen.
Subscription support
Ozzy Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium access,
including unlimited daily entries and additional insight-oriented
features shown in the app paywall.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel a
subscription, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your Apple ID, then go
to Subscriptions.
